This is an English list, so I react in English.
The main reason for reacting is your wife might not have the best possible
medication. The symptoms (freezing and dykinesia) points to the fact that the
disease is not any more in the first stage.
Sinemet does his work as long as two hours and sinemetCR 4 hours. Maybe some
time ago it seemed to work much longer. In an earlier stage a PWP can store a
certain amount of dopamine and let it go when needed. So it can be right to
take meds three time a day. Your wife seems to be beyond this. Maybe her
symptoms will diminish by using only the SinCR or else space the normal sin.
If you wish more information ask it and it will be given.
You are really multilingual. I like the idea of Bernard Joly to use translation
for a list. To realize that, people like you can be very usefull. The language
barrier is for many people to high. Having travelled during holidays in Europe
we learned that beyond Holland, Germany and the Scandinavian countries the
knowledge of English is limited.
