Beth,

As you would be aware I have recently undergone the same
neuropsych test you did. Happily after 10 years of diagnosed
PD, my mind appears to be working as well as it ever did. As
does your's, my PD takes the bradykinetic form.

Having said this, on a subjective level I am convinced that my
thinking process is slower than it was. I discussed this with the
neuropsychologist who conducted the test. His response was
that I had completed all the set tasks well within the normal time
span. What he probably wasn't aware of was the sheer "bloody-
mindedness' with which I approached his tests. Truth is I bring a
singleminded intensity to most tasks which I HAVE DETERMINED
TO DO. I seem to need to concentrate my whole mind to the task
at hand. And most important of all, it must be something I want to
do.

Which raises the question, have you lost your drive and commitment,
as you seem to think, or are you in the process of re-thinking your
priorities?

Dennis.

        My candle burns at both ends;
           It will not last the night;
        But oh, my foes, and oh, my friends----
           It gives a lovely light.
