I agree with Doug's suggestions. I would sadly miss the humorous banter that goes on here. Truthfully, I'd probably sign off the list if it read like a medical journal. I suppose, for those who don't care about the human side of our fight against PD (and can't find their delete buttons fast enough), labels are one good suggestion.
