Many thanks to Phyllis for her comments, and to Jean Guthrie also who
stressed the same very important distinction that was NOT clear in
any of the news reports (and now we know why) that the report is about
PERCEPTIONS.
I expect there will be various interpretations of the significance of
the perceptions?!
I'll be listening.
