I rely totally on Sinemet (Madopar) to control my tremor, Which is classic
Parkinson's Tremor. It is still highly effective after 17 years, the only
problem is, as you know, the difficulty in achieving the correct dosage,
which becomes progressively more difficult as PD progresses.
