K. Goodrich asks about hospitalization & PD medication. When my husband
was in the hospital, the staff was reasonably conscientions about timing of
medicines, but for Bill's sinemet-CR they substituted plain sinemet, which
did not agree with Bill. If it is impossible or too burdensome to have a
family member be responsible for medications, then before admission do verify
that either the hospital can provide the patient's correct medicines or that
the patient or caregiver will be permitted to supply those medicines to the
hospital.
