Naomi Meyer wrote the following: I have a little 3 x 5 orange card (which folds) from the American Parkinson's Disease Assoc., which lists DRUGS CONTRAINDICATED FOR PARKINSONS'S DISEASE PATIENTS. I carry it in my wallet and consult it when a doctor talks about prescribing a drug for Dave. The 800 # to call is 1-800-223-2732 and ask them to send it to you. ----------------------- I called to get this, and they don't make it any more.
