Denis, You speak of being out of breath after very little effort. I have the same experience and offer the following, very subjective, observations. 1. The breathlessness seems to be the result of 'forgetting' to breath deeply rather than any actual lung defeciency 2. Deliberate deep breathing allows immediate use of your full lung capacity. 3. This is not dissimilar to the affect that marching has on the PD shuffle. 4. Life begins at 40. Maybe it will all go away. (don't hold your breath on this one,[some things I can't resist] I didn't notice to big an improvement on my 40th).
