Coleen,
In responce to your teachers in stress, I too am a teacher and come
from Temple City, CA, right next to Pasadina. Lets put Southern Calif.
into the causative mix.
Seriously, everything I do which ends up making me feel better has
something to do with lowering my stress. I'm not as concerned about the
cause and effect as I am with what works, and stress reduction works.
