Hi, How long after--do you remember? A few weeks, days or months? They need to x-ray the thyroid and it is some kind of radioactive substance and I'll find out further exactly what it was. You must have taken the same thing. My husband is convinced that the doctor told him that there was some obscure article stating that there was that risk but it took him months to remember that he was told that. Now of course no one seems to remember that and I can't find any medical people so far who are willing to say they know anything about the connection. Too much time has passed to sue anybody and that's not what it's about anyway. If the test is somehow responsible, people need to be told and it needs to stop being done. Thanks for the info.
