It puzzles me why PWP are invisible and unheard Twelve years ago the Honorary Chairman of Parkinson Week in Toronto read all those fine words in the CERTFTCATE OF RECOGNITION ---only we called it a "Proclamation". The Chairman, a successful public figure and businessman, then said in the kindest way that we would go nowhere unless we made a loud, united and public noise.
