I went to the Parkinson's Istitute in Sunnyvale CA where i was diagnosed as "atypical parkinsonism". We tried 6 drugs separately and in combination. None of them had any effect at all on my symptoms. I tried Eldepryl, Sinemet, Zoloft, Parlodel, Permax and amantadine. My main symptom is gait instability. I have trouble starting, turning, balance and carrying anything. I fall a lot. After much study I believe the problem is one of the "parkinson plus syndromes". Please let me know what you find out. ---Milo 72/8/4 dxed Milo V.
