Hi again Brian Surprise I agree with you I was suggesting with or after food as a temporary expedient to get used to the meds. Brian said- <worth doing if it is part of a strategy to get your system to accept the <tablet before the meal. <Also, let's not get this out of proportion: I understand <from my freindly neurologist that only about 5% of PWPs have problems with levodopa. I think that more than 5% have initial nauses over here... will check tomorrow I had no idea that nausea could occur until I took a (regular not CR)sinemet on an empty stomach I had nausea that I wouldn't wish on an eneny Anne Rutherford
