You might consider using an e-mail program such as Microsoft Internet
Exporer (MS-IE)or Eudora 3.0 that allow you to code your e-mail so it
automatically flows into appropriate folders. For example, with MS-IE,
you can easily code the program to look for the phrase PARKINSN@listserv
in the "From" field, and whenever such a message arrives, it will flow
into a folder you have designated Parkinson.

I don't particularly like MS-IE, and think its Web browser sucks. But
that particular e-mail function is superior to Netscape, which I also
use. Furthermore, MS-IE is free and widely available. I've heard Eudora
can also sort messages, but my early experience with Eudora was less
than stellar.

Good luck--
