That's an easy one to fix.

Depending upon your e-mail client you will have some arrangement for
filtering or sorting incoming mail. I use an excellent freeware mail
programme called Pergasus, but the various versions of Eudora (some
of which are also freeware) will also sort mail into mailboxes.

In Pergasus, I have created a special mailbox called 'Parkinsn
Items'. I have specified that incoming e-mail with "parkinsn" in
the 'From', 'Subject' or 'Reply To' headers, is to be automatically
sorted into this box, where it can be viewed. Similarly, outgoing
e-mail with 'parkinsn' in the 'To' header is also sorted into this
box.

All this sounds more complicated than it is really, but it is well
worth the effort of setting up the sorting rules and separates
messages from different lists according to subject matter.

Hope this helps,
M.
