Sue-- educating the doc is tough--would it help if you could show him some "hard copy" info from the list archives re: PD+ etc? Why not ask John Cottingham <[log in to unmask]> for help? He can do an archive search (put that in subject area of request) and find what you need. Also, in the 2nd edition of Dr. Roger Duvoisin's book "Parkinson's Disease: A Guide for Patient and Family", Raven Press, there are brief refs to PD+ on pp.14-15,50. which make clear the doc is uninformed. If you can't check a copy, let me know and I could copy it out and email to you. Let me know.
