I am taking Sinemet CR but will take half of a 25/250 with any dose as needed. This is usually the first dose of the day (to get the neuropathways kick-started) and the third (late afternoon, when the effectiveness of the CR seems to be wearing off,) Bruce 55/9 Sinemet CR & Pramipexole <Starman> PS: To those who may have missed me on the net I had a major computer crash over the week-end. Seems that although I bought my computer in 1993, the BIOS is dated 1991 and has problems handling the latest programs and operating systems.
