Jaoa, thanks for the suggestion about switching to Sinement from Permax. Joe had just as many if not more hallucinations with the Sinement as he does with the Permax. When he if feeling very good there are no hallucinations, but get him to tired or in a strange stressful place and here they come. We are happy with what we have right now because we have seen much worse. thanks, Norma
