Salute Norma,

I suspect if your father uses only Sinemet and gradually stop taking
Permax(it may take weeks to remove its effects) his hallucinations
should desappear.I am NOT a doctor and think it may be a good idea to
consult other specialists(considering your statement that your father
still is a strong man in spite of his age).
