Lena & Maggie, My Dad is 67 & has had PD for 3-4 years - diagnosed less than 1 year. My Mom, who is 66, was diagnosed with schizophrenia 35 years ago but she may have had it before then. My 2 brother's & I seem to be OK so far. I am 41 & my brothers are 39 & 34. All 3 of us have done fine professionally. I had a few problems 10 years ago - which were related to an accumulation of stress. I am doing fine now. My Dad has mentioned that we need to take some of the dopamine from my Mom & implant it into his brain - just joking of course.
