For a copy of the booklet, with mfrs listings, there's a hotline: Many drug manufacturers will give drugs free if your doctor requests it. For information, call the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association hotline at 1-800-762-4636. They'll mail you a booklet that you take to your physician. If your prescription is listed in the booklet, your doctor can request that you receive it free.
