A while back two people helped me out by posting to me a duplicate copy of the Daily Symptom Status Evaluator (DSSE). I got some help from a computer lab assistant in retrieving this document. It was a complicated procedure but I now have the charts. I would like to thank the two people who emailed this info....however, in the retrieval process I've lost their names....So this is a public thanks to them!!!!!!! Margaret Mates.
