Hello CASLL/Inkshedders -- Well, my CCCC program book has NOT arrived, and
I don't have high hopes that I'll get it before leaving for Phoenix! In
the meantime, in recognition of the fact that the invitations I've sent to
many of you probably also have not arrived--please join me and my
