Hi Joan, I am taking Amantadine and also am in a clinical trial taking pramipyxole. Between the two of them, my tremor is controlled to a manageable level. My worst side effect is drowsiness. Pramipyxole is supposed to be available on the market any week now. I also take Zoloft for depression. It really helps make a difference. Hope that this helps. John F. McCabe 58/8 [log in to unmask]
