Don't quote me on this, but I believe that March 17, 1997 is the beginning of "The Decade of the Brain Week". I will check it out in the morning when I return to work at the library. If someone knows for certain, please tell us. If several hundred of us emailed the President and the Vice President during the week of "The Decade of the Brain Week" and tell them we are tired of feeling like orphan children, always getting short-changed, and just once, we want our share, it just might help. I don't see how it can hurt!!!! I know how the government works, however, where I come from if you don't get the hired help to do what needs to be done, you go to the boss!!!! If on March 17 we all emailed both, the President and the Vice President, we might not get the Udall Bill reintroduced, but I bet we'd wake up certain members of the House of Representatives. Your opinions please. As Ever, Marjorie Moorefield just another librarian, with PD 64/ and the 16th of March will start my 9th. year with my uninvited guest. I like everyone else, is ready to send him packing!!!!!! .
