Our support group here in Cape Girardeau has scheduled a meeting for the end of March. A local tai chi instructor will be speaking/demonstrating to the group. Do you all out there have any suggestions for making this meeting more beneficial for us parkies in Missouri? I especially would like to hear from those of you involved with tai chi. Thank you!
