Jacob, The list is long. What area of the country are you in? Perhaps that might be a way of narrowing down your search. Another idea is to contact one or some of the National PD organizations and ask for their recommendations re: surgery programs. At the very least, they can probably tell you Centers to steer away from (ie, those that they have concerns about).
