She may have an atypical PD, more specificly one of the parkinson+ syndromes. There are three signs that one should look for that indicate the possibility of atypical parkinsonism : 1. little or no tremor 2. no resposne from Sinemet 3. the first and still the main symptom is a gait and balance problem Sorry that this is several days late.
