Thanks for any advice given,
My sister began a trial course of Sinemet two weeks ago. She is newly
diagnosed and had the following symptoms; walks with head leaning
forward, writing very slow, moves and does everything slower, has a
frozen shoulder on right side (is right handed), neck stiff, right ankle
arm and wrist stiff, slight tremor in handwriting some internal tremors
in leg and lower trunk while in bed at night. MRI and blood work
normal. Had extreme nausea on beginning Sinemet and needed addition of
carbidopa and take with meals to tolerate. She feels no clear change
of symptoms since starting on the Sinemet... and since this was to be a
trial to see if she had Parkinsons...the question is should she any
changes?
...Does she have Parkinsons?... Should she stay on Sinemet?
Thanks in advance for taking to time to respond...Gail email address...
