Microsoft has a keyboard configuration file for handicapped that enables you to use the keypad to control the mouse cursor, among other things. Some other features I find usefull is the ability to increase the length of time a key must be held down before it starts to repeat and also to decrease the repeat rate itself (these can be set to a wider range than with the normal keyboard driver). Also you can enable a "double strike" delay that will treat two rapid strikes on the same key as being only one...great for those twitchy fingers *G*.
