Peter has been on Sinemet for nearly 8 years, but never hallucinated till we tried Parlodel (bromocriptine). However, the neuro says that Sinemet can also cause hallucuniations, as can any drug that affects the brain (not his exact words,but I think, his meaning.) It took a few weeks for them to go away completely.
