Ken et al, The cramping you describe can be a result of the meds, as was suggested by some, or can, as in my case, actually be a manifestation of the PD. That's why you'll want to try to pinpoint when it occurs in relation to when you take your Sinemet, so your schedule and/or dosage can be adjusted accordingly. For me, a half tablet of Sinemet CR 50/200 four times/day with Permax works better than a whole tab twice a day. Good luck. Norma
