Mary, Although I no longer take Eldepryl, I'm sure it's okay with pramipexole. I used to take parlodel with Eldepryl with no problem, and it's the same type of drug. Check with your doctor, of course. Although too much sinemet makes you nauseous now, you'll get used to it over time, probably. I'll bet you'd notice the difference if you stopped; Good luck.
