Dale- Please post your response to Congressman Walsh to the list. I feel many of us are going to run into this problem, at least I think I am. Congressman Jay Dickey (R. Arkansas) cosponsored the "Parkinson's" bill sponsored by Rep. Chris Smith in the 104th Congress. Does anyone know if he intends to introduce the bill again this year?
