Ivan-- Don't put Arkansas on the list yet. I sent a letter to Gov, Huckabee over a week ago & have had no response as of today. I called his office yesterday and, in general, got the royal run-around. I left a message on the recorder of his PR head, so just maybe I will here back from him. If not, I'll call again tomorrow.
