Hi Rosemary, Thanks for your persistence! I know what a frustrating experience it can be to try to get a GOVERNOR to listen to you. The list I am tabulating has two categories: 1) states where an attempt is being made (like Arkansas, thanks to you) , and 2) states where the Proclamation has been attained from the governor. I still don't know which category Florida falls into. So, thanks again Rosemary. This morning's report on Maine: Governor Angus King's office staff (Kerri Malinowski) is trying to get the SIGNING CEREMONY for either next Wednesday (APRIL 2) or next Thursday (APRIL 3) at about 11A.M., in the Capitol in Augusta.
