diagnosed dec l994 @ age 63 also went to Johns Hopkins in Balto for 2nd opinion from Dr Reich in Nov l995 - he concurred. the "cogwheel" symptom was present and he wanted me to switch from Eldepryl to Sinemet but I chose not to.I used the theory "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". My exercise program w/personal trainer for flexibility and balance have "done the job" and given back my confidence also. Hasn't interferred w/ my golf game yet either.
