Depends how she built up to it. Permax can be pretty rough on you.

But you DO want to be VERY cautious in the rate of increase or decrease
of most of our drugs - especially Permax. Some of them may cause
dependency, and too-quick increase is like overdosing, while too-quick
reduction can cause cold turkey withdrawal effects!
