Dear Jackie, I was having the same problem as your husband and my primary care doctor has given me Ambien 5mg for sleep. One tablet does it for me. I sleep throug the night and there is no dopey feeling in the morning. I hope this helps. Brenda Otte 55/4 BOtte553@aol
