Le professeur Pierre Bec, une autorite mondiale du monde la litterature

medievale, sera l'invite d'honneur du stage de Coaraze les 1er et 2
septembre. Il
parlera de la structure, de la grammaire, et du son du provencal medieval,
ainsi que
de l'univers poetique des troubadours.=20

Professor Pierre Bec, one of the worlds' foremost authorities on medieval
Occitan literature, will be the honored guest of the stage at Coaraze on
September 1 and 2. He will talk on the stucture, grammar, and sound of Old
Proven=E7al, and on the poetic world of the troubadours.=20

     morning: problems of vocal style and singing technique in medieval mus=

     morning: phrasing, rhythm, and questions of instrumental accompaniment

     afternoon: master class, in preparation for September 6 performance
     evening: dress rehearsal for September 6 performance
