I spoke to Jeff AArenberg Scott Klug's aid for heath issues and he expects Klug to Cosponsor the bill again this year. I impressed on him the desire that he be an ORIGINAL COSPONSOR. He had been in touch with Upton's office and was aware that the bill was being introduced on April 9 and was going to be talking to Klug either today or Monday and will get confirmation and notify me when he hears.
