hi daphne, in response to your question, no he has not had any surgery.
and as far as the hmo's go... I live on a tiny island in the caribean,
and although we are a us territory, we are only 50% americanized, we
only just got a "clinic" a few years ago and the nearest semi-real care
is st thomas (a ferry ride away) then to puerto rico for real serious
care, there are no hmo's here. ( i go to atlanta for my pd care once a
year...) doesany one havew any ideas or info on health insurance???

thanks, lisa in Parsadise?
