My vivid nightmares stopped when I stopped taking eldepryl. Now I have dreams which I wish I could recall once I awaken.....the small bits that I can recall seem so interesting. I now only take sinemet. Prior to PD it seemed like I didn't dream at all. Or, at least I had no recollection of dreaming once awake.
