Hello, Bill - Clozaril is an anti-psychotic sometimes given to counter the hallucinations paranoia etc that can accompany treatment with levodopa (sinemet). I doubt that it affects dyskenesia, which is typically a result of a tad too much sinemet. My mother has been taking a new drug, zyprexa, as an alternative to clozaril. It seems to be helping her.
