Patricia, I too have problems with cold extremities on my "affected side." I have read (sorry, forgot where) that pd causes problems with control of the surface capillaries which is the body's primary temperature control mechanism. (I assume that the lack of dopamine compromises the brain's ability to vary the size of the capillaries.) Therefore, we get cold. Hope this helps. Gray
