When I am out, and there is someone walking towards me, is the time when I
have the most difficulty with my gait. I know that it is just nerves, i.e.
the anxiety of having someone coming straight at me. But it's gotten to the
point where I can not maintain a near normal gait even outside, when a car is
coming towards me.
This has got to be a psychologic problem; it feels like nothing else.
Has anyone else had any similar experiences with their gait and fear of
people?
When I am alone, I can usually keep a nice steady gait.
