Hi! My name is Nancy Hendrix, and I have just subscribed to this list today. I am a member of ADDult, a mailing list of adults with Attention Deficit Disorder. I have heard that research indicates some link between ADHD and Parkinson's, but I do not know if this is true or not. My uncle, my father's brother, has been diagnosed with Parkinson's. My 88-year old father from whom I suspect I inherited my ADHD has had at least one mild stroke. I wonder if it is likely that he will develop Parkinson's and whether my having ADHD increases the likelihood that I will have Parkinson's too. Does anybody know anything about this?
