I have taken Parlodel with Sinemet CR and Sinemet 25/l00 for over a year for on/off periods. I have had no problem so far. Parlodel should be introduced to your system slowly, increasing dosage every 4-5 days until maximum dosage is reached. Hope this has helped. My best to you.
