Hi, David Kensinger, leg. aide on health matters, called today. He was going to brief the Senator but he thought Brownback would be favorable. He said that the legislation was very popular in the Senate. One thing puzzled me, though. He said the legislation had been introduced about a month ago. Am I missing something here?
