Hi folks: While calling Congressman today, the health aides have mentioned that they have not spoken yet with their Congressman because this is first day back from recess. I am suggesting to each aide that the last chance to be an original cosponsor requires notification by noon tomorrow to expedite their conversation with their representantive.
